Log Off.

For Gen Z, Log Off is the screen-time app to take back your time and un-rot your brain. Unlike limits that are easily ignored, log off limits can’t be impulsively skipped. You choose when distracting apps are blocked and how many breaks you get, then Log Off forces you to stick to it. The more you log off, the more your forest grows, making it more addictive to stay off your phone than on it.
